본 발명은 알루미늄에 두 종류의 합금원소가 전율고용체 강화상을 이루며 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 알루미늄 합금에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 내열 알루미늄 합금은 서로 전율고용체를 형성하고, 기지금속인 알루미늄과는 고용한이 없는 관계로 형성된 전율고용체 강화상이 300℃의 고온에서도 알루미늄과 반응하여 조대화되거나 상분해가 일어나지 않는 혁신적인 내열특성을 갖는다.

PURPOSE: A device for preventing wrinkle defects on panels is provided to streamline manufacturing processes by removal in separate wrinkle removing processes. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing wrinkle defects on panels comprises an upper mold(20), a lower mold, a panel, a wrinkle-proofing unit(10). The panel is inserted between the upper mold and the lower mold. The wrinkle-proofing unit is formed on the bottom plane of the upper mold. The wrinkle-proofing unit prevents the wrinkle during the molding of the panel. The wrinkle-proofing unit prevents the wrinkle created on the panel during hot molding. The wrinkle-proofing unit a provisional pressing block.

PURPOSE: A shock absorbing material for a vehicle is provided to release the pressure through a space part by charging aluminum foam into the inner space of a case although the width of aluminum foam is expanded in a collision. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing material for a vehicle comprises aluminum foam(20). The aluminum foam is charged in a case(10) made of extruded aluminum. A space part(A) is formed between the aluminum foam and the case. The aluminum foam absorbs the shock without bursting the case by effectively permeating the aluminum foam into corrugates of the case in the pressing process in a collision.

CONSTITUTION: A hemming device comprises a horizontally-rolling bending part(10). The horizontally-rolling bending part rotates and presses the outer part of a bent part. The horizontally-rolling bending part comprises a vertical support(12) and a bending roll. The vertical support comprises a horizontal shaft(121) which is perpendicularly parked in the side frame of a conveyor, and is separated from the top of the conveyor. The bending roll comprises an outside hold down roll(141) and an inside bending roll(142). The outside hold down roll comprises a jutting end part(141a). The inside bending roll is included in the inner side of the outside hold down roll. A sliding means(16) reducing the rubbing of the side contacting each other is between the bending roll and the horizontal shaft.
