Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system and a method thereof for calculating voltage and current change rates upon starting a vehicle battery up to measurable limits of a low current measurement band sensor using the low current measurement band sensor, and continuously cumulating and calculating starting resistance within the limits from the calculated voltage and current change rates.
