Abstract: PURPOSE: Dye fermenting and warming apparatus is provided to easily heat inside the apparatus by fermenting dye, to have low heat-loss and to uniformly ferment contents because dye stored inside is heat from various directions at the same time. CONSTITUTION: Dye fermenting and warming apparatus comprises a can-shaped first body(10) composing an outer wall; a can-shaped second body(20) installed inside the first body; a can-shaped third body(30) installed inside the second body; and a cover part(80) pressing the third body in order not to overflow the contents of the third body; an insulator(40) inserted between the first and the second body; a heat transfer oil(50) fermenting the contents of the third body in state of constant temperature by being injected between the second and the third bodies; and a stirrer stirring the contents inside the third body.
