Abstract: PURPOSE: A mixed beverage manufacturing method is provided to manufacture beverage having the anti-bacteria property and an improved preference by extracting woad, squeezing pear and mixing. CONSTITUTION: A mixed beverage manufacturing method comprises a step of washing woad roots and pears in flowing water; a step of placing washed woad roots and pears in a heating container, closing the lid of heating container without adding separate water and heating at 95-110deg.C for 3-4 hours; a step of extracting juice of woad roots and pears by putting the heated woad roots and pears into a hemp fabric with good water drainage, and dehydrating with a centrifuge or compressing with an extruder; and a step of packing to a pouch to preserve the ripening processed content for a long period. In the woad root placing step, the weight ratio of the woad roots and pears is 1-4 of woad roots and 6-9 of pears. Abstract: 본 발명은 (a) 수확한 대청뿌리와 배를 흐르는 물에 깨끗하게 씻는 단계; (b) 상기 (a)단계에서 씻은 대청 뿌리와 배를 가열 용기에 넣고 별도의 물을 부가하지 않고 가열 용기의 뚜껑을 닫은 후 섭씨 95-110℃의 온도로 3-4시간 정도 가열하는 단계; (c) 상기 (b)단계를 완료한 대청과 배를 배수성이 양호한 삼베포대기에 넣고 원심분리기로 탈수하거나 압출기로 눌러 대청과 배 속의 즙을 추출하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계를 완료한 대청과 배의 추출물을 장기간 보관이 가능하도록 파우치 포장하여 공급하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대청과 배즙 혼합 음료 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 대청에 배를 혼합하여 열수 추출물을 제조함으로써 대청 추출물의 항균성을 활용함과 동시에 배의 당도를 활용하여 항균성이 있으면서도 기호성이 개선된 음료를 제조함으로써 항균성이 좋고, 음용하기 쉬운 대청과 배 혼합 음료를 제조할 수 있는 방법이다.
