CONSTITUTION: A copolymer includes a structure marked with chemical formula 1, the molecular weight of 10,000~30,000, and the distribution of the molecular weight of 1.5~5. A solar cell including the copolymer comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a photo-active layer formed with an electron-receptor and an electron donor in between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a hole injection layer located in between the positive electrode and the photo-active layer.
