Abstract: An antibacterial amide derivative is provided to interrupt communication between bacteria as a quorum sensing antagonist, so that the compound is useful for preventing the biofilm formation by bacteria and disease occurrence. An antibacterial amide derivative is represented by the formula(1) or formula(2), wherein R1 and R2 are each independently aromatic hydrocarbon group or aromatic hydrocarbon group having hetero atom. The biofilm formation is prevented by contacting the antibacterial amide derivative represented by the formula(1) or formula(2) with bacteria including gram negative bacteria.

Abstract translation: 提供抗细菌酰胺衍生物以中断细菌作为群体感应拮抗剂之间的连通，使得该化合物可用于防止细菌生物膜形成和疾病发生。 抗菌酰胺衍生物由式（1）或式（2）表示，其中R 1和R 2各自独立地为具有杂原子的芳族烃基或芳族烃基。 通过使由式（1）或式（2）表示的抗菌酰胺衍生物与包括革兰氏阴性细菌的细菌接触来防止生物膜形成。
