A composition for treatment of breast cancer is provided to investigate anti-cancer capability and mechanism in MCF-7 breast cancer cell using alpha-eleostearic acid. A composition for treatment of breast cancer includes alpha-eleostearic acid to active ingredient. A remedial method of disease at cancer cell line includes a step of processing the alpha-eleostearic acid of a therapeutically effective amount to the cancer cell line and prevents, suppresses or improves pathology or symptom of diseases by adjustment of PPAR gamma activity or phosphorylation of ERK1/2.

An antioxidation composition comprising arginine-conjugated linoleic acid is provided, which arginine-conjugated linoleic acid(Arg-CLA) complex has improved inhibitory effect on oxidative damage, so that the Arg-CLA complex is useful in antioxidation food composition and medicinal composition. The antioxidation composition comprises 0.02 to 10 parts by weight of arginine-conjugated linoleic acid complex as an effective component, wherein the antioxidation composition inhibits arteriosclerosis, heart disease, dementia, skin aging or diabetes; the composition is dietary supplement or food additive; and the composition further comprises pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

PURPOSE: A water-soluble lipid composite containing a basic amino acid and its preparation method are provided, to convert a highly functional unsaturated fatty acid into a water-soluble lipid applicable to various uses. CONSTITUTION: The water-soluble lipid composite is prepared by reacting a highly functional unsaturated fatty acid having 16-24 carbons and 1-6 double bonds with an amino acid, and is characterized by the intense peaks at 1560 cm¬-1 and 1395 cm¬-1 which represent the characteristic peak of COO- in a salt state. Preferably the unsaturated fatty acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of γ-linolenic acid, γ-linolenic acid, oleic acid, elaidic acid, linoleic acid, conjugated linoleic acid, docasahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and arachidonic acid; and the basic amino acid is arginine, lysine or histidine.

A method for manufacturing a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid is provided to mass-produce the highly pure unsaturated fatty acid with a simple and efficient process by removing the saturated fatty acid from the free fatty acid. A method for manufacturing a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid comprises the steps of: (a) preparing pre-activated urea by drying the aqueous urea solution with a vacuum spray dryer; (b) injecting the free fatty acid obtained by hydrolyzing vegetable oil in a reactor; (c) injecting and mixing the pre-activated urea prepared in the (a) step in the reactor of (b) step; (d) removing the saturated fatty acid by filtering the mixture of (c) step; and (d) distilling the free fatty acid filtered in the (d) step.
