A composition for treatment of breast cancer is provided to investigate anti-cancer capability and mechanism in MCF-7 breast cancer cell using alpha-eleostearic acid. A composition for treatment of breast cancer includes alpha-eleostearic acid to active ingredient. A remedial method of disease at cancer cell line includes a step of processing the alpha-eleostearic acid of a therapeutically effective amount to the cancer cell line and prevents, suppresses or improves pathology or symptom of diseases by adjustment of PPAR gamma activity or phosphorylation of ERK1/2.

A chitosan particle coated with thiolated eudragit, in which the BSA(Bovine Serum Albumin) is soaked, is provide to use as a delivery agent of a drug by oral administration. A manufacturing method of a chitosan particulate for a protein oral administration coated with eudragit having a pH sensitivity and mucous adhesive property comprises: a step of sonicating and centrifuging the chitosan solution to obtain chitosan particle; a step of adding BSA to the chiotsan particle, suspending to distribute the chitosan particle, and stirring at 35-40°C for 12-24 hours to soak the BSA into chitosan particle; and a step of adding the thiolated eudragit solution to the BSA-soaked chitosan particle, stirring and centrifuging to obtain the chitosan particle coated with BSA-dipped thiolated eudragit. The addition rate of the thiolated eudragit solution to the BSA-dipped chitosan particle is 1:1-1:4.

A novel viral gene carrier is provided to deliver a gene specifically to tumor cells by controlling the gene delivery efficiency with low cytotoxicity and high stability and having higher transduction efficiency to a receptor positive KB cell. A viral gene carrier is characterized in that it is prepared by modifying the surface of a recombinant baculovirus vector including a green fluorescent protein, luciferase or a PDCD4 (programmed cell death 4) gene using a folate-polyethylene glcyol conjugate. A method for preparing the viral gene carrier comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the recombinant baculovirus vector; (b) preparing the folate-polyethylene glycol conjugate; and (c) modifying the recombinant baculovirus vector surface with the folate-polyethylene glycol conjugate.

본 발명은 보데텔라 브론키셉티카 데모네크로톡신 ( Bordetella bronchiseptica Dermonecrotoxin , BBD)이 담지된 키토산 미립자, 상기 키토산 미립자를 포함하는 돼지의 위축성 비염 예방용 백신 조성물 및 상기 백신 조성물의 돼지에의 투여방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 백신 BBD가 담지된 키토산 미립자를 사용함으로써 독성 없이 저렴하게 돼지에서 위축성 비염에 대한 면역반응을 효과적으로 일으킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A poly(ester amine)/DNA complex for non-viral DNA carrier is provided to ensure poly(ester amine)-controlled resolution, low cytotoxin, and high transfection efficiency, to be useful as an effective polymer carrier, and to exhibit big potential in intercellular gene transfer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a poly(ester amine) polymer comprises the steps of: respectively dissolving glyceroldimethylacrylate or glyceroltrimethylacrylate and low molecular polyethylenimine (molecular weight 200-3,000) in methanol anhydride and then adding a glycerol dimethylacrylate solution to a polyethylenimine solution and mixing them; stirring and heating the mixed solution at 50-70 °C for 12-36 hours; dialyzing the mixture for 2-5 hours to 12-36 hours; and then lyophilizing the obtained polymer.

A mannosylated chitosan derivative and a gene delivery system using the same are provided to overcome the disadvantages in an existing viral gene delivery system and to show cell specificity and gene expression with high efficiency. The mannosylated chitosan derivative as a polymer compound has a main repeating unit represented by the formula, wherein n>x and n is an integer of 1 and more, and preferably has a molecular weight of 5K-1,000K. The gene delivery system comprises the above mannosylated chitosan derivative. The mannosylated chitosan derivative is conjugated with DNA to form a complex which is useful for the treatment of a gene-related disease such as a genetic disease, an immune disease and cancer.
