Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a fraction of a Curcuma Longa L. extract for preventing alcoholic liver damage is provided to suppress generation of alcoholic lipid peroxide and to enhance antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing alcoholic liver damage contains a fraction of a Curcuma Longa L. water extract as an active ingredient. The fraction is prepared by extracting Curcuma Longa L. with hot water and fractioning with chloroform. The liver damage is alcoholic fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, or alcoholic cirrhosis. A health functional food for preventing alcoholic liver damage contains the fraction as an active ingredient.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种含有姜黄姜黄提取物用于预防酒精性肝损伤的药物组合物，以抑制酒精性脂质过氧化物的产生并增强抗氧化作用。 构成：用于预防酒精性肝损伤的药物组合物含有一部分作为活性成分的姜黄龙提取物。 通过用热水提取姜黄和用氯仿分级制备级分。 肝损害是酒精性脂肪肝，酒精性肝炎或酒精性肝硬化。 用于预防酒精性肝损伤的健康功能食品包含该部分作为活性成分。
