Abstract: PURPOSE: An antibacterial and antiprotozoal composition containing bromophenol-based compounds is provided to suppress and treat Scutica and Edwardsiella tarda. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial and antiprotozoal composition contains 0.001-0.1% bromophenol-based compounds as an active ingredient. The composition additionally contains organic acid and formalin. The composition contains a compound with electron donor functional groups placed at 4th site of a 2-bromophenol structure. The composition is treated in seawater or fresh water.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有溴酚类化合物的抗菌和抗原虫组合物，以抑制和治疗黄芩和爱德华氏菌。 构成：抗菌和抗原生动物组合物含有0.001-0.1％的溴酚类化合物作为活性成分。 组合物另外含有有机酸和福尔马林。 该组合物含有放置在2-溴苯酚结构的第4位的电子供体官能团的化合物。 组合物在海水或淡水中处理。

The extract is isolated by non-polarity solvent. The non-polarity solvent is selected from the group consisting of MeOH, n-hexane, or CH_2Cl_2.

Abstract: 본 발명은 브로모페놀계열 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하여 병원성세균 및 원충류로 인한 어병을 예방, 치료 또는 억제하기 위한 항세균 및 항원충 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 항세균 및 항원충 조성물은 기존에 공지된 브로모페놀류 화합물에서는 밝혀지지 않은 항세균 효과를 제공하고, 또한 기존에 공지된 브로모페놀류 화합물보다 최대 30 내지 60배 높은 항원충 효과를 나타내므로, 넙치를 비롯한 어류 양식장에서 사용할 경우 양식 어류의 스쿠티카증, 에드와드병을 비롯한 세균성 어병의 예방, 치료 및 억제에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
