PURPOSE: A cycloalkane dicarboxamide compound is provided to improve mechanical strength and heat resistance when used as a hardener of polyester powder resin. CONSTITUTION: A cycloalkane dicarboxamide compound is represented by formula 1. In formula 1, R1~R4 are independently linear or branched C1-C7 alkyl groups of which one or more hydroxyl groups are substituted; R9 and R10 are independently hydrogen, hydroxyl group, or hydroxyl-substituted or non-substituted C1-C7 alkyl groups; and m and n are independently integers between 1 and 3.

PURPOSE: A 2-hydroxy amide compound is provided to suppress generation of micro holes and to improve mechanical strength and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A 2-hydroxy amide compound is represented by chemical formula 1, wherein A is linear or branched (C1~C7) alkylene; R1 ~ R4 are selected from linear or branched (C1~C7) alkyl in which at least one -OH is substituted. The 2-hydroxy amide compound is pure (S)-stereoisomer, pure (R)-stereoisomer or their mixture.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting 3,5,5-trimethyl-4-butenylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one using a supercritical fluid extracting technique is provided to improve the purity and the yield of the 3,5,5-trimethyl-4-butenylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one without toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting 3,5,5-trimethyl-4-butenylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one includes the following: Tobacco leaves are primarily extracted using supercritical fluid under a temperature of 30-70 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 450-750 bar. The extracted material is secondarily extracted using the supercritical fluid under a temperature of 30-70 degrees Celsius and a pressure of 300-600 bar. 3,5,5-trimethyl-4-butenylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one is separated and refined from the extract. The supercritical fluid is carbon dioxide. The flux of the supercritical fluid is between 1 and 72 g/hr.

A bio-degradable plastic film is provided to ensure excellent processability, durability and mechanical strength(tensile strength, tear strength, and elongation) and to solve the environmental contamination by being biodegraded within 1~2 months. A bio-degradable plastic film comprises cross-linked starch which is cross-linked with a phosphoric acid group and a hydropropyl group; polyvinylalcohol; and glycerol, sorbitol, malic acid, tartaric acid or citric acid as additives. The bio-degradable plastic film is naturally degraded by microorganism.

PURPOSE: A composition of raw materials for a powder coating is provided to control the gloss easily, to improve weathering resistance, mechanical strength and surface smoothness, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: The composition of raw materials for a polyester/triglycidyl isocyanurate curable powder coating having low gloss comprises 50-90 parts by weight of a polycarboxylic acid, 10-50 parts by weight of ammonium bromide and methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) as a solvent. More particularly, the polycarboxylic acid is isophthalic acid or terephthalic acid, and the decomposition temperature of the polycarboxylic acid is 200-300 deg.C.

본 발명은 에폭시수지 / 폴리에스터 하이브리드 분체도료에 대한 저 광택 기술의 원료 조성물로서, 더욱 상세하게는 30 ~ 50 중량부의 폴리에틸렌 왁스와 10 ~ 30 중량부의 메르캅토벤조티아졸과 10 ~ 40중량부의 글리시딜메스아크릴레이트, 10 ~ 40 중량부의 메틸메스아크릴레이트, 10 ~ 40 중량부의 노르말부틸아크릴레이트, 5 ~ 50중량부의 스티렌단량체를 포함으로써 달성되어 질 수 있다. 본 원료 조성물은 에폭시수지 / 폴리에스터 하이브리드 유광 분체도료에 단순히 첨가량을 조정함으로써 광택조절이 용이하고 광택에 있어서 20 % ( 60 도 광택기 기준 ) 이하가 가능할 뿐 만 아니라 내열성도 매우 우수하고 기계적 강도도 매우 우수하다. 또한 도장 표면 평활성이 매우 좋고 표면 번들거림이 전혀 없을 뿐만 아니라 에폭시수지와 폴리에스테르의 배합비의 조절이 없어 도료 제조 공정에 드는 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 분체 도료 무광 저광택 분체도료
