Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a low temperature co-firing dielectric composition which has excellent dielectric property, and is low in signal transfer delay and loss when used in a multi-layer RF composite module to improve the property of the module. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature co-firing dielectric ceramic composition is characterized by comprising CeO2-TiO2 as a base to which B2O3 is added as a low temperature firing additive. Particularly, the CeO2-TiO2 is composed of 0.6-0.9 wt% of CeO2 and 0.1-0.4 wt% of TiO2. Further, the composition is represented by the formula of (1-x)wt%(0.75CeO2-0.25TiO2)-xwt%B2O3 in which x is 1 to 20.
