Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro heating device is provided to obtain uniform temperature distribution on a heating element by uniformly maintaining the heating amount in the center and the edge of the heating element. CONSTITUTION: A heating element(110) includes a plurality of hole patterns(110a). The resistance of the plurality of hole patterns becomes small from the edge to the center of the heating element. First and second electrodes(130a,130b) are connected to the heating element. The first and second electrodes apply the external power to the heating element.

Abstract: 따라서, 본발명에따른마이크로발열장치는발열체에다수의홀 패턴을형성하고, 상기홀 패턴의형상, 크기, 그리고분포(밀도)를조정하여상기발열체의중앙부에비해상대적으로가장자리부의저항값을증대시키며, 이를통해종래기술에따른발열장치에서와같이외부로열이빠져나가상대적으로온도가낮아지는가장자리부의발열량을보상하여준다. 이를통해발열체의중앙부와가장자리부에서의발열량을균일하게유지시켜발열체의전 영역에서균일한온도분포를얻을수 있다.
