Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical film and an LCD display device thereof are provided to improve brightness by setting the refraction ratio difference between a transparent adhesive layer and a prism film to a range of 0.4-0.8. CONSTITUTION: An optical film(200) comprises a prism film(210) and a polaroid film(220). The prism film and the polaroid film have an integrated structure which is adhered to a transparent adhesive layer(230). An air gap is removed by the integrated structure of the polaroid film and the prism film. The height of the transparent adhesive layer is higher than the uppermost height of the prism film. The prism film has a refraction index which ranges from 1.45 to 1.75. The difference of a refractive index between the prism film and the transparent adhesive layer is 0.4-0.8.
