Abstract:
PURPOSE: A marble chip having a multi-layered structure is provided to impart discriminated patterns compared with existing artificial marble by manufacturing artificial marble having specific patterns. CONSTITUTION: A marble chip having a multi-layered structure includes the marble chip coated with slurry for making artificial marble. A weight ratio of the marble chip to the slurry is 2 :1 - 8 : 1, respecitively. The slurry for a coating layer comprises 100 parts by weight of an acrylic resin or unsaturated polyesther-based resin syrup, 100 - 200 parts by weight of inorganic filler, 0.1 - 10 parts by weight of cross-linking agents, and 0.1 - 10 parts by weight of polymerization initiators.

본 발명은 인조대리석용 마블칩에 슬러리를 코팅한 다층구조의 마블칩을 제공한다. 본 발명은 또한 마블칩 형성용 수지 조성물을 준비하고 상기 마블칩 형성용 수지 조성물을 경화시켜 마블칩 원판을 형성한 다음 상기 경화된 마블칩 원판은 분쇄하여 마블칩을 형성하고; 외피층용 슬러리를 준비하여 상기 분쇄되어 형성된 마블칩에 상기 외피층용 슬러리를 도포하고; 그리고 외피층용 슬러리가 도포된 마블칩을 다시 경화한 뒤, 이를 분리하여 건조시켜 외피층이 형성된 이중 구조의 마블칩을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 외피층이 형성된 이중 구조의 마블칩 제조방법을 제공한다. 마블칩, 인조대리석

PURPOSE: A marble chip manufacturing method, a marble chip manufactured by the method, and artificial marble including the marble chip are provided to manufacture artificial marble with specific patterns by freely controlling the shape, color, and material of marble chips. CONSTITUTION: A marble chip manufacturing method is as follows. A composition of marble chips is poured into a mold after vacuum-defoaming, wherein the marble chip composition is composed of a binder and reactive monomer at a weight ratio of 1:1~9:1. The marble chip composition is cured and separated from the mold.
