Abstract: 본 발명은 용접용 지그에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 평판 형상의 모재를 맞대기 용접하는 경우 모재에 발생하는 변형력을 측정할 수 있는 용접용 지그에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 용접용 지그는 베이스테이블과, 베이스테이블의 일측에 설치되어 제 1모재를 상기 베이스테이블에 고정시키는 제 1클램프와, 제 1클램프와 마주하도록 상기 베이스테이블의 타측에 설치되어 상기 제 1모재와 용접되는 제 2모재를 상기 베이스테이블에 고정시키는 제 2클램프와, 제 1 또는 제 2클램프에 설치되어 용접시 제 1모재 또는 제 2모재에서 발생하는 응력을 측정하기 위한 응력측정부를 구비한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a jig for welding. In particular, the jig can measure deforming force imposed on a base material when a butt welding process is performed on the planar base materials. The jig for welding of the present invention includes a base table; a first clamp which is installed on one side of the base table to fix a first base material on the base table; a second clamp which is installed on the other side of the base table to face the first clamp and fixes a second base material to be welded with the first base material on the base table; and a stress measuring part which is installed on the first clamp or the second clamp to measure stress generated on the first base material or the second base material.
