Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric power supply system and a battery operation method for an electric vehicle are provided to facilitate easy design of an electric vehicle by separating a battery for electric parts and multiple batteries for driving. CONSTITUTION: A battery unit includes an auxiliary battery(41) to supply operation power to electric components and at least two or more main batteries(42) to supply actuating power to a vehicle driving unit(300).
