Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for processing green grains, and more specifically, to a system for processing green grains, which automates processing, enables mass production, and improves quality. The present invention provides the system for processing green grains comprising an input unit for inputting green grains, a processing unit for processing inputted green grains, and a discharge unit for discharging processed green grains. The system enables mass production due to reduced processing time, improves quality by preventing the discoloration of grains through processing, facilitates post-treatment as environmental pollutants like waste water are not generated, and reduces production costs by reducing the manufacturing costs of the system.
