본 발명은 엔테로코커스 패칼리스 CRNB-A3( Enterococcus faecalis CRNB-A3, 미생물 수탁번호 : KCTC11930BP)을 이용한 발효인삼의 추출물을 함유하는 아토피 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 MCP-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1), IL-8(interleukin-8) 및 IL-6(interleukin-6)의 활성을 억제하는 효과가 탁월하여 아토피 피부염과 같은 각종 피부질환의 증세를 치료 또는 경감시키는 치료제로 이용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to novel Paenibacillussp. MBT213 (microorganism deposition number KACC91831P) and to a fermented ginseng using the same. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis which comprises extracts of fermented ginseng using Paenibacillussp. MBT213. A culture media of the Paenibacillussp. MBT213 (microorganism deposition number KACC91831P) has excellent effects which converts ginsenoside Rg1 inside the ginseng into Rd. In addition, the fermented ginseng or extract of the same which is manufactured by using the effects suppresses activities of MIP-1α (macrophage inflammatory protein-1α), IL-4 (interleukin-4) and IL-13 (interleukin-13) in order to be used as a medicine for treating or alleviating symptoms of various skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

PURPOSE: A composition containing lactoferrin and PMA(phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate) is provided to ensure immune modulation, and to prevent or treat autoimmune diseases such as asthma, allergic disease, and atopic disease. CONSTITUTION: A composition for immune modulation contains lactoferrin and PMA(phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate). Lactoferrin contains peptide fragments and is chemically modified or a derivative. The content of lactoferrin is 0.0001-100 mg/ml.

PURPOSE: A Streptococcus thermophilus derived from lactobacillus colostrums is provided to ensure high productivity of organic acid and antibacterial activity and to reduce antibiotics use. CONSTITUTION: A Streptococcus thermophilus CNB-11(KCTC 11406B) strain has probiotic activity. A fermentation culture of Streptococcus thermophilus CNB-11(KCTC 11406B) strain is obtained by inoculating Streptococcus thermophilus CNB-11(KCTC 11406B) strain to milk cattle colostrums. The fermentation culture is obtained by additionally inoculating microorganism having probiotics activity to Streptococcus thermophilus CNB-11(KCTC 11406B) strain and fermenting.
