Abstract: PURPOSE: Porous carbon materials for a high capacitance and energy electric double layered capacitor and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve specific capacitance by improving the electro-active characteristic and the polarization characteristic of the materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous carbon materials for a high capacitance and energy electric double layered capacitor includes the following: a compound solution including a nitrogen containing compound or a fluorine containing compound by adding a solvent one compound selected from the nitrogen containing compound and the fluorine containing compound, and a porous carbon material is added into the compound solution; remaining compound is added into the mixture of the compound solution and the porous carbon material such that nitrogen and fluorine are introduced into the porous carbon material; and the porous characteristic of the porous carbon material is changed.

Abstract: Disclosed are a high crystalline TIOF2 and a method of preparing the same. According to the present invention, the method of preparing a high crystalline TIOF2 includes: a first step (1) of preparing a titanium dioxide precursor solution by mixing an alcohol and a titanium dioxide precursor; a second step (2) of adjusting a pH by adding an acid to a solution obtained through the first step; a third step (3) of gelling a mixture solution obtained through the second step; and a fourth step (4) of preparing TIOF2 by settling a resultant mixture obtained through the third step in a reactor and injecting a nitrogen trifluoride to the reactor to react with the resultant mixture. The present invention can provide a high crystalline TIOF2 with a uniform shape in a nano-size by even a simple process.
