Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hydrogen separation membrane having high permselectivity and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to a hydrogen separation membrane representing more excellent high permselectivity than existing techniques through an open structure consisting of multiple open pores that exist on the boundary surface of a porous metal support and a hydrogen separation layer and a method for producing same. By means of the present invention, the hydrogen separation membrane can be widely used without being restricted by the kind of metal of the porous support or hydrogen separation layer, and a production process can be effectively and largely reproduced so that the hydrogen separation membrane can be mass produced. Moreover, through advantages such as the close surface of the hydrogen separation layer and the open structure consisting of multiple open pores, a thinner hydrogen separation membrane can be produced so as to be variously applied and have maximized permselectivity. The hydrogen separation membrane according to the present invention can be widely applied not only to the field of hydrogen purification but also to the field of hydrogen separation for a reaction separation simultaneous process and coal gasification composite generation or fuel cell generation using coals and to the field of carbon dioxide acquisition and storage.

본 발명은 고투과 선택도를 갖는 수소분리막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 다공성 금속 지지체와 수소분리층의 계면에 존재하는 다수의 개기공들로 구성된 열린구조를 통해 기존 기술에 비해 월등한 고투과 선택도를 나타내는 수소분리막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다공성 지지체나 수소분리층의 금속종류에 구애받지 않는 범용성이 있고, 제조공정이 효율적이고 대면적으로도 재연성이 우수하여 양산성 효과가 높다. 또한, 수소분리층의 표면치밀화와 다수의 개기공들로 구성된 열린구조가 갖는 장점을 통해 보다 얇은 두께의 수소분리막을 제조할 수 있으므로, 다양한 응용이 가능하며 수소분리막의 투과선택도를 극대화시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 수소분리막은 수소정제분야 뿐만 아니라 반응분리 동시공정 및 석탄가스화 복합발전이나 석탄이용 연료전지발전의 수소분리분야와 더불어 이산화탄소 포획 및 저장분야에도 폭 넓게 응용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Sweet bean jelly having excellent antioxidant capacity, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer an improved health promotion effect of the sweet bean jelly to eaters. CONSTITUTION: Sweet bean jelly contains 3-9 parts of Rehmannia glutinosa concentrate by weight, and 93-97 parts of bean paste by weight. The Rehmannia glutinosa concentrate is obtained by boiling 1 part of Rehmannia glutinosa by weight with 10 parts of water by weight, and concentrating the mixture until the sweetness of the mixture turns 65-75 Brix. PURPOSE: A producing method of processed Rehmannia glutinosa capable of reducing the amount of alcohol for an alcohol soaking process is provided to offer excellent biological activity to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of processed Rehmannia glutinosa comprises the following steps: soaking rehmania in alcohol; firstly aging the alcohol soaked rehmania at 70-90 deg. C in 80-90% relative humidity for 44-76 hours; secondly aging the firstly aged rehmania at 45-55 deg. C in 80-90% relative humidity for 92-100 hours; thirdly aging rehmania at 60-80 deg. C in 80-90% relative humidity for 44-76 hours; and ring the thirdly aged rehmania.

PURPOSE: A fried rice cracker with rice syrup containing spirurina and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a storage period of the fried rice cracker by delaying acidification of lipid. CONSTITUTION: A fried rice cracker with rice syrup includes spirurina. The fried rice cracker is manufactured by polished rice, barley, brown rice, black rice or adlay. The content of spirurina is a 1-3 weight% in the rice. A manufacturing method of the fried rice cracker with rice syrup comprises the following steps: manufacturing puffed rice 100.0; mixing water and spirurina powder; boiling syrup 50-70 weight parts and water 10 ~ 20 weight parts; mixing a spirurina mixture with the syrup; mixing the puffed rice with the mixture; and solidifying a compound after making the compound to a thickness of 1 ~ 3 cm.
