Abstract: PURPOSE: An adhesive is provided to have excellent coatability, transparency, non-foaming property, corrosion resistance and adhesive performance, and to have excellent performance filing steps like circuit, etc. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive comprises a copolymer and a polyisocyanate based hardener. The copolymer is formed by copolymerizing 0.1-10 weight% of a monomer(A) containing a functional group which is reactable with an isocyanate group, 0.1-10 weight% of a monomer(B) containing amino group except the monomer(A) 1-50 weight% of a monomer containing an amide bond except the monomer(A) and monomer(B), and a residual monomer(D) which is polymerizable with the monomer(A), the monomer(B), and the monomer(C). In the functional group of the copolymer, a carboxy group is not comprised.

Preferably the acrylic copolymer having a hydroxyl group at a side chain and an alkylene oxide chain has a weight average molecular weight of 50,000-100,000; the ionic compound is an inorganic salt; and the curing agent is a trifunctional isocyanate compound and/or a multifunctional epoxy compound.
