Abstract: 본 발명은 하나의 록킹유닛으로 각각 독립적으로 움직이는 다수의 링크부재를 동시에 록킹함으로써 구조가 간단하고 록킹 작동의 동시성이 개선되어 록킹 오류를 방지할 수 있는 록킹장치를 개시한다. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 록킹장치는, 각각 독립적으로 움직이도록 링크 결합된 제1, 제2 및 제3링크부재를 임의의 위치에서 동시에 록킹 또는 언록킹하며, 상기 제1링크부재에 제1회전축으로 록킹위치 및 언록킹위치 방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 상기 언록킹위치 방향으로 탄력 지지되도록 설치되고, 래치홈과 제1 및 제2스토퍼 가이드홈을 구비한 래치; 상기 제1링크부재에 제2회전축으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 상기 제2링크부재에 설치되어, 상기 제2링크부재의 회전시 상기 래치의 제1스토퍼 가이드홈에 수용되어 상기 래치를 록킹위치 방향으로 회전시키는 제1스토퍼; 상기 제1링크부재에 제3회전축으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 상기 제3링크부재에 설치되고, 상기 래치가 록킹위치로 회전하면 래치의 제2스토퍼 가이드홈에 수용되는 제2스토퍼; 및 상기 제1링크부재에 제4회전축으로 회전 가능하게 설치됨과 아울러 반시계방향으로 탄력 지지되도록 설치되어 상기 래치의 록킹위치에서 래치의 래치홈에 삽입되어 래치를 구속하는 록커;를 포함한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a reclining apparatus for a vehicle seat which uses a coupling unit fixing a seat cushion frame and a seatback frame together to easily and effectively assemble a recliner driving lever. Accordingly, the reclining apparatus for a vehicle seat includes: a recliner unlocking member including a rectangular bar which is installed to extend to the rotation shaft of the recliner mounted on the seatback frame and a third link fit to the rectangular bar; a mounting bolt connecting the seatback frame and the seat cushion frame; a operation lever including a first link which has a pivot hole formed on the rotation center unit of the body and is connected to the handles on both sides of the rotation center unit and a second link connected to the recliner unlock member; and a link fixing member which is successively fit into the pivot hole of the operation lever and the heat unit of the mounting bot to be fixed. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the number of components and simplify the process.

The second stopper is accommodated in the second stopper guide groove of the latch if the latch rotates to the locking position. The locker is arranged in the first link member in order to rotate on a fourth rotary shaft(12).
