PURPOSE: An antibacterial brush polyether-based polymer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a product using thereof are provided to prevent and control the attachment and absorbance of blood protein, platelet, and pathogenic bacteria using the surface property control function. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial brush polyether-based polymer includes a structure marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are an alkyl group with 1~20 carbons, respectively. R3, R4, and R5 are hydrogen, or the alkyl group with 1~20 carbons. Y is the hydrogen, the alkyl group with 1~20 carbons, or -WN^+[R3R4R5]. W is an aliphatic or aromatic derivative.

A polymer compound, a biocompatible brush polymer, its preparation method, a bio-material containing the biocompatible polymer, and a biocompatible member prepared by processing the bio-material are provided to improve biocompatibility and processability and to allow surface characteristics to be controlled.
