    Abstract: PURPOSE: A self-assembling polymer is provided to prevent or restrain absorption or attachment of various pathogenic bacteria, blood protein, platelet, etc by using a function controlling surface properties, and to have excellent attachment, absorption and adhesion to bio cells. CONSTITUTION: A self-assembling polymer comprises a dialkylaminoalkyl sulfone functional group represented by chemical formula 1 to at least a part of terminal of a brush. In chemical formula 1, R3, R4 and R5 is respectively and independently C1-20 alkyl. 20-60% of the brush terminal comprises the dialkylaminoalkyl sulfone functional group. The polyether brush polymer is a self-assembling polymer. More specifically, the polyether brush polymer is represented by chemical formula 2, and has an average molecular weight of 5,000-5,000,000.
