PURPOSE: An antibacterial brush polyether-based polymer, a manufacturing method thereof, and a product using thereof are provided to prevent and control the attachment and absorbance of blood protein, platelet, and pathogenic bacteria using the surface property control function. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial brush polyether-based polymer includes a structure marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are an alkyl group with 1~20 carbons, respectively. R3, R4, and R5 are hydrogen, or the alkyl group with 1~20 carbons. Y is the hydrogen, the alkyl group with 1~20 carbons, or -WN^+[R3R4R5]. W is an aliphatic or aromatic derivative.

PURPOSE: A self-assembling polymer is provided to prevent or restrain absorption or attachment of various pathogenic bacteria, blood protein, platelet, etc by using a function controlling surface properties, and to have excellent attachment, absorption and adhesion to bio cells. CONSTITUTION: A self-assembling polymer comprises a dialkylaminoalkyl sulfone functional group represented by chemical formula 1 to at least a part of terminal of a brush. In chemical formula 1, R3, R4 and R5 is respectively and independently C1-20 alkyl. 20-60% of the brush terminal comprises the dialkylaminoalkyl sulfone functional group. The polyether brush polymer is a self-assembling polymer. More specifically, the polyether brush polymer is represented by chemical formula 2, and has an average molecular weight of 5,000-5,000,000.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing brush polyether-based polymers is provided to easily process the polymer, to coat the polymers on various substrates, and to easily manufacture a nano-film required for surface plasmon spectroscopy capable of detecting a mercury ion in real time. CONSTITUTION: A bush polyether-based polymer capable of detecting a mercury ion is marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, α and β show a repeating unit of carbon including R1 and R2. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or an alkyl group having a carbon number of 1-20 and m and n show a content(mol %) of a polyether monomer. In the chemical formula 1, Y is an alkyl group with C1-C20 or a ring including E, G, J, M, Q, and Z in a W-terminal.
