Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing a functional food by distilling a puffer fish whose toxicity is removed and herbal plants in a batch distillation column is provided. It can effectively separate ingredients having effects of protection of liver function and reduction of hangover from the puffer fish. CONSTITUTION: The functional food is prepared by distilling 800 to 1,000g puffer fish whose toxicity is removed, 15 to 20g Ulmi Radicis Cortex, 15 to 20g Cnidii Rhizoma, 15 to 20g Hovenia dulcis Thunb. and 15 to 20g Artemisia capillaris Thunb. The distillation process is performed at 125 to 135deg.C and 2.8 to 3.2kgF/cm¬2 for 5 to 7hr.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for removing astringency of persimmons and a removing method therefor are provided to prevent the blackening of persimmons and to improve marketability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for removing astringency of persimmons comprises one selected among potassium hydroxide, phosphate, and citric acid as an active ingredient. The potassium hydroxide and phosphate are mixed at a ratio of 1:1 ~ 1:2. The 0.2-1 part citric acid is added to the 100 parts composition for removing astringency of persimmons. The composition for removing astringency of persimmons is treated on persimmon stalks and the composition-treated persimmons are kept at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

A method for detecting microorganism and an apparatus performing the same are provided to analyze the kind and amount of the microorganism included within a sample by omitting a step for cultivating the microorganism in detection. A method for detecting microorganism comprises the first step for amplifying the target gene by performing the multi-PCR having the genomic DNA separated from sample as the template DNA; and the second step for analyzing the kind and amount of the microorganism included within a sample by performing the single strand conformational polymorphism for the amplified target gene.

PURPOSE: A method for modifying a template for analysis multiple mRNA or 16S rRNA is provided to detect microorganism by shortening analysis time and enhance analysis sensitivity and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A method for modifying a template for analysis of multiple mRNA or 16S rRNA comprises: a step of performing reverse transcriptase PCR with a primer containing template-specific sequence and overhang sequence of mRNA or 18S rRNA to prepare cDNA having universal base sequence; a step of constructing template switching primer; and a step of performing PCR with the primer to obtain double strand DNA template with common sequence at both terminal of the sequence.
