Abstract:
액화천연가스(LNG) 플랜트 사업의 EPC(Engineering, Procurement & Construction) 사업관리를 위해 스테이지-게이트(Stage-Gate) 모델을 활용한 액화천연가스 플랜트 사업의 사업관리를 위한 의사결정 지원 시스템이 개시된다. LNG 플랜트 사업의 사업관리를 위한 의사결정 지원 시스템은, LNG 플랜트 사업의 EPC 사업관리를 위해 수행되는 순차적인 프로세스에 해당하는 복수의 스테이지, 복수의 스테이지에 각각을 수행하는데 필요한 의사결정 항목, 및 복수의 스테이지 각각에 대해 리스크 요인들을 결정하는 사업정보 관리부; 의사결정 항목에 대한 개별 성과점수를 산정하고, 개별 성과점수를 이용하여 복수의 스테이지 각각에 대한 전체 성과점수를 도출하는 의사결정 항목 평가부; 리스크 요인을 평가하여 복수의 스테이지 각각에 대한 리스크 지수를 도출하는 리스크 요인 평가부; 및 복수의 스테이지 각각에 대해 도출된 전체 성과점수 및 리스크 지수에 따라 해당 스테이지에 대한 의사결정을 수행하는 의사결정부를 포함하되, 각 스테이지가 종료된 시점에서 리스크를 평가하도록 LNG 플랜트 사업의 EPC 사업관리를 위해 의사결정이 필요한 시점을 게이트(Gate)로 규정한 스테이지-게이트 모델을 적용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A system for managing and installing processed iron rods at a construction site in accordance with zone setting by the floor unit by using a computer network is provided to reduce the difficulty in grasping the processed iron rods, considerably when different designs are applied to each floor by regarding one floor unit as a basic unit. A system for managing and installing processed iron rods at a construction site in accordance with zone setting by the floor unit is implemented by using a computer network in which a server site(20), computers(30) of a plurality of construction companies, and computers(40) of a plurality of iron rod processing companies and computers(50) of a plurality of iron rod assembling companies are mutually connected through a network(10). The server site comprises a server computer(21) and a database(22). The server computer comprises a main program(211), a zone setup program(212), a bar list preparing program(213), an iron bar tag information generation program(214) and the other programs(215). The database comprises a registered member DB(221), a set zone information DB(222), a generated bar list DB(223) and a generated iron bar tag information DB(224) and a database in which the other DBs(225) are equipped.

PURPOSE: A decision making support system for business management of an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) plant business is provided to derive a plan as a structural system, thereby implementing a decision making structure based on damage. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stages corresponding to a successive process is determined(S11). The successive process is performed for EPC(Engineering, Procurement and Construction) business management of an LNG plant business. A decision making item necessary for performance of each stage is determined(S12). Total performance scores for each stage are derived by using an individual performance score for the decision making item(S13). After risk factors of each stage are determined, a risk index of each stage is derived(S14). Decision making for a corresponding stage is executed(S15). A member who is in charge of the management of iron bars in a construction site accesses a server site, selects the generation of bar lists of each zone(S301, S305), and then inputs a design drawing(structural floor plan)(S306). The member sets zones of each floor on the inputted drawing(S307), and then generates temporary bar lists of each zone with respect to each iron bar which will be used in the construction site(S308). Whether the temporary bar lists coincide with the information about iron bars inputted by the member is determined(S309). Bar lists of each floor zone are generated according to information inputted by the member(S310).

A method for managing and installing processed iron rods at a construction site in accordance with zone setting by the floor unit by using a computer network is provided to make management of the iron rods easily and shorten the construction period substantially by quickly and accurately confirming the locations where corresponding iron rods will be installed. A method for managing and installing processed iron rods at a construction site in accordance with zone setting by the floor unit is realized by using a computer network in which a server site(20), computers(30) of a plurality of construction companies, and computers(40) of a plurality of iron rod processing companies and computers(50) of a plurality of iron rod assembling companies are mutually connected through a network(10). The method comprises the following steps. A member who is in charge of the management of iron bars connects in a construction site to a server site, selects the generation of bar lists of each zone(S301, S305), and then inputs a design drawing(S306). The member sets zones of each floor on the inputted drawing(S307), and then generates temporary bar lists of each zone with respect to each iron bar which will be used in the construction site(S308). Whether the temporary bar lists coincide with the information about iron bars inputted by the member is determined(S309). Bar lists of each floor zone are generated according to information inputted by the member(S310).

본 발명은 모바일 디바이스를 활용한 플랜트 건설사업의 각 공정단계관리 및 의사결정지원 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 모바일 디바이스를 활용한 플랜트 건설사업의 각 공정단계관리 및 의사결정지원 시스템은, 단말기 이용자의 프로젝트 선택에 응답하여 플랜트건설 통합관리서버의 프로젝트 DB로부터 필요한 데이터를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 프로젝트 선택부; 상기 이용자가 로그인을 시도하는 경우, 상기 단말기 상에서 상기 전송된 필요데이터와 로그인시에 사용되는 아이디 및 비밀번호의 일치여부가 검증될 때 그 결과를 수신하고, 상기 수신한 결과가 일치에 해당하는 경우 상기 서버의 사용자 DB로부터 상기 이용자가 가질 수 있는 접속권한을 결정하기 위한 사용자데이터를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 로그관리부; 상기 단말기 상에서 상기 전송된 사용자데이터와 로그인시에 사용된 아이디 및 선택된 프로젝트를 비교하여 상기 이용자가 가질 수 있는 접속권한이 결정되면 그 결과를 수신하고, 상기 결과에 의해 접속권한이 인정될 경우 상기 선택된 프로젝트내에 포함된 복수의 공정단계들에 관한 정보가 저장된 공정 DB로부터 필요한 데이터를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 권한분류부; 상기 이용자가 원하는 공정단계를 선택하면 상기 선택된 공정단계 내에 포함된 복수의 게이트들에 관한 정보가 저장된 상기 서버의 게이트 DB로부터 필요한 데이터를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 공정선택부; 상기 이용자가 상기 선택된 공정단계 내의 자신이 담당하는 게이트별 평가항목을 평가 또는 확인한 후 저장하면, 상기 평가 또는 확인결과를 상기 서버의 평가결과 DB에 저장하는 평가결과처리부; 및 상기 이용자가 상기 평가결과를 수치로 계산하거나 또는 그 결과를 활용해 의사결정을 지원하는 데이터를 만들 때, 상기 평가결과 DB로부터 필요한 데이터를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 의사결정지원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Provided is a system to support in making a decision when purchase/supply are carried out in an LNG plant, capable of: applying a business management manual and a decision making support module in a purchasing/supplying step performed by business subjects in an LNG plant by supporting decision making items required in a process of carrying out an LNG plant business using a structured decision making system; and providing a user with standard data such that business information can be conveniently constituted when the user carries out the LNG plant business. The system to support in making a decision when purchase/supply are carried out in an LNG plant comprises: a project managing unit to manage a project by generating/editing/deleting the project and manage user authorization and user connection by each project such that a system manager can manage the system to support in making a decision; a standard data managing unit carried out by the system manager to generate/edit/delete information and to generate an evaluation criteria and an evaluation method to make a decision standard; a business information managing unit to copy the standard data generated by the standard data managing unit to be edited/deleted or generate new standard data in the business information to generate an evaluation criteria of the corresponding project, and add/edit/delete intrinsic distinctive items of the corresponding project; and a decision making support unit carried out by the user to evaluate the corresponding project, and provide a determination on the gate movement in accordance to the evaluation results.
