Abstract: 규소-탄소-규소 골격을 가지고 있는 유기실란 화합물인 비스(실릴)메탄 화합물들을 유기트리클로로실란과 유기디클로로실란들과 함께 가수분해하여 새로운 실리콘 수지의 이형제를 제조하는 방법으로 제조공정이 크게 개선되었으며 수지의 성질이 우수하며 새로운 실리콘 수지의 생산이 가능하다.

Abstract: The releasing silicone resin is prepd. by mixing the organic silanes of formula (I) and (II) with 1,3-disilabutane type cpd. of formula (III); hydrolyzing that in a solvent contg. toluene and acetone; then bonding that using with dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst; forming the surface layer not strained off. In the formulas, R is methyl or phenyl; X is Cl or methoxy; R1, R2 and R3 are respectively methyl, H or Cl; R4 is Cl or H. Pref. the silane mixt. comprises 40-70 % of (I), 0.5-10 % of (III) and the residual of (II); the solvent contains 30-40 % of toluene and 1-40 % of acetone; and the dibutyltin dilaurate is used 0.001-0.1 % tin amt. w.r.t. the amt. of resin.
