Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a recombinant plasmid, pAc/18L1-L2, which simultaneously expresses L1 and L2 genes of capsid proteins of Human Papillomavirus(HPV) 18 type in an insect cell. Also, a recombinant baculovirus pAc/18L1-L2 including this recombinant plasmid is provided, which produces Human Papillomavirus 18 type in a large quantity to help the development of preventive vaccine against Human Papillomavirus 18 type. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparation of pseudo Human Papillomavirus 18 type is composed of the following steps of: preparing a recombinant expression vector pAc/18L1-L2 which produces capsid proteins, L1 and L2 of HPV 18 type; transforming Sf-21 insect cells with the recombinant plasmid and baculovirus DNA to prepare a recombinant baculovirus pAc/18L1-L2(KCTC 0414BP); culturing and separating it to obtain Human Papillomavirus 18 type like particle.

본 발명은 사람 파필로마바이러스 18형 E7 유전자를 함유하는 재조합 플라스미드에 의해 형질전환되어 가용성 18형 E7 재조합 단백질을 고효율로 생산할 수 있는 대장균 형질전환체, 대장균 형질전환체를 이용하여 비융합형이고 가용성인 18형 E7재조합 단백질을 제조하는 방법 및 상기 재조합 단백질에 대해 특이적인 폴리클로날 항체에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method of delivering genes into various liver cancer cells using virus-like particles (VLP) is provided to improve delivering efficiency by binding a gene to VLP then treating with polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the following steps of: producing VLP from recombinant protein obtained by infecting Papillomavirus capsid antigen or other virus capsid antigen into insect cells; producing VLP-PL conjugate by conjugating polylysine with VLP; obtaining VLP-PL-pCMV beta-gal plasmid complex, VLP-PL-pSV2CAT plasmid complex or VLP-PL-pCMV-p53 plasmid complex by linking plasmid pCMV beta-gal, pSV2CAT, pCMV-p53, respectively; treating the complex with polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer before transfecting into liver cancer cell line.

본 발명은 인체 파필로마바이러스 16형 E6 단백질을 포함하는 자궁암 면역치료제에 관한 것으로, 인체 파필로마바이러스 16형 E6 단백질은 항원으로 사용되어 항체 반응 및 면역 반응을 유도하고 암세포 살해능을 갖는 면역 세포를 활성화시켜 암세포를 효과적으로 살해하므로 자궁암을 치료하는데 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 동물세포내에서 사람 파필로마바이러스 18형 E7 재조합 단백질을 발현시킬 수 있는 형질전환체 및 사람 파필로마바이러스 18형 E7 재조합 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하여 이 바이러스에 의해 감염된 세포를 특이적으로 괴사시키는 자궁암 면역치료제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한, 상기 재조합 단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자궁암 예방백신에 관한 것이다.
