    Abstract: 본 발명은 라넬라 아쿠아틸리스 유래의 레반수크라제를 이용하여 설탕과 알콜로부터 알킬 베타-디-프럭토시드를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Lipase purified with an organic solvent, its preparation method and chiral medical and pharmaceutical products using the lipase are provided, which lipase is improved in the enantiomeric ratio and is useful to prepare optically pure (S)-ketoprofen, (S)-ibuprofen and (S)-suprofen. CONSTITUTION: A lipase with improved enantiomeric ratio is prepared by adding 0.3-1.0 times by volume of an organic solvent to Candida rugosa lipase solution to collect the first-stage precipitate; adding 0.3-1.0 times by volume of an organic solvent based on the volume of the original lipase solution to the supernatant, to collect the second-stage precipitate; and 0.8-1.2 times by volume of an organic solvent based on the volume of the original lipase solution to the supernatant, to collect the precipitate. The organic solvent is acetone or isopropane.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing alkyl beta-di-fructoside using levansucrase is provided, thereby the novel alkyl beta-di-fructoside can be produced in higher yield. CONSTITUTION: The alkyl beta-di-fructoside is similar to alkyl glucoside which is used for drugs, foods and cosmetics as sugar surfactant and represented by formula (I), in which R is methyl, ethyl, glycerol, ethyleneglycol or propyleneglycol. The alkyl beta-di-fructoside is produced by the steps of: adjusting the hydrogen concentration of reaction solution containing 20 to 80%(v/v) of alcohol to pH 5.8 to 6.2 with MES buffer solution; and reacting 50 to 100 g/l of sugar with levansucrase in the reaction solution at 10 to 20 deg. C, in which the alcohol is selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, ethyleneglycol, propyleneglycol and glycerol.
