    Abstract: PURPOSE: Lipase purified with an organic solvent, its preparation method and chiral medical and pharmaceutical products using the lipase are provided, which lipase is improved in the enantiomeric ratio and is useful to prepare optically pure (S)-ketoprofen, (S)-ibuprofen and (S)-suprofen. CONSTITUTION: A lipase with improved enantiomeric ratio is prepared by adding 0.3-1.0 times by volume of an organic solvent to Candida rugosa lipase solution to collect the first-stage precipitate; adding 0.3-1.0 times by volume of an organic solvent based on the volume of the original lipase solution to the supernatant, to collect the second-stage precipitate; and 0.8-1.2 times by volume of an organic solvent based on the volume of the original lipase solution to the supernatant, to collect the precipitate. The organic solvent is acetone or isopropane.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel pectin polysaccharides(Angellan-I, Angellan-II) separated from Angelica gigas Nakai is provided, which contains galacturonic acid, arabinose and galactose, therefore shows immune-increasing effect and also can be used as an immune-increasing reagent in the basic study for immunology. CONSTITUTION: A process for the separation of novel pectin polysaccharides(Angellan-I, Angellan-II) from Angelica gigas Nakai comprises the steps of: pulverizing Angelica gigas Nakai root into pieces, adding water and extracting while circulating at 100deg.C for 1hr; adding 3times of ethanol to the residual solution, leaving at 4deg.C for 3hrs and centrifuging to get extracted precipitates; dissolving the ethanol extract in water to remove impurities, adding 3times of ethanol to the residual solution again, centrifuging and processing dialysis; freeze-drying the reagent to get crude polysaccharides; and separating the crude polysaccharides into acidic polysaccharides(Angellan I) and neutral polysaccharides(Angellan II) by dissolving, washing, centrifuging, doing dialysis and freeze-drying.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing invertase and yeast extract from yeast at the same time by extracting the invertase under optimal conditions to obtain the most active invertase, concentrating through membrane process to get the concentrated invertase solution and obtaining the yeast extract by self digestion method of the residue and the filtrate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: extracting the invertase from the shake culture medium of yeast with papain; centrifuging or micro-filtering the extract to separate the supernatant and the yeast; obtaining the invertase concentrate by ultrafiltering; and acquiring the yeast extract by self digesting the mixture of the above centrifuged or micro-filtered yeast and the above filtrate of the ultrafiltration.
