    Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel aminoquinazoline derivative is provided to effectively suppress the activity of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (ERK 1/2) and to effectively prevent and/or treat cancer in which cell proliferation is not regulated. CONSTITUTION: A compound of chemical formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a hydrate, a solvate, or an isomer thereof is provided. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating cancer contains the compound, the pharmaceutically acceptable salt, the hydrate, the solvate, or the isomer as an active ingredient. The cancer is caused by signal regulated kinase activity. A method for treating cancer comprises the step of administering the pharmaceutical composition to a patient.
