본 발명은 산화 그래핀의 환원처리를 통한 그래핀 박막 및 이를 이용한 광전소자의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 그래핀 박막의 제조방법은 (a) 산화 그래핀을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 산화 그래핀을 설포닐 히드라지드 계열 환원제로 환원시켜 그래핀을 제조하는 단계, (c) 상기 그래핀을 유기용매에 분산시켜 그래핀 분산액을 제조하는 단계 및 (d) 상기 그래핀 분산액을 이용하여 그래핀 박막을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것이고, 상기 설포닐 히드라지드 계열 환원제는 명세서의 화학식 1의 설포닐 히드라지드 치환기를 갖는 화합물인 것일 수 있고, A가 명세서의 화학식 2 중 어느 하나인 것일 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide and a reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite are provided to obtain the reduced graphene oxide and the reduced graphene oxide-polymer composite of superior electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide includes the following: Graphene oxide, which is obtained by treating graphite based on strong acid, is mixed with a halogen substituted aromatic compound. The mixture is stirred to obtain graphene oxide to which the halogen substituted aromatic compound is covalently bonded. The graphene oxide is thermally treated at a temperature between 100 and 450 degrees Celsius.

본 발명은 그래핀/폴리이미드계 전도성 복합재료의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서; 보다 상세하게는 폴리아믹산(poly amic acid) 및 그래핀 옥사이드(graphene oxide)를 포함하는 조성물, 상기 조성물을 열처리하여 이미드화(thermal imidization)하는 단계를 포함하는 그래핀/폴리이미드계 전도성 복합재료의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 탄소계 소재의 분산성을 향상시키기 위한 별도의 전처리 과정을 요구되지 않으며, 저렴한 가격의 탄소계 소재의 전구체를 이용할 수 있어 경제적으로 유리할 뿐만 아니라, 고분자 전구체의 고분자화 과정에서 전기 전도도를 갖는 복합재료를 단순화된 방법으로 제조할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A graphene thin film based on a sulfonyl hydrazide-based reducing agent and a method for manufacturing a photoelectric device using the same are provided to adjust the thickness of a reduced graphene thin film. CONSTITUTION: A graphene thin film based on a sulfonyl hydrazide-based reducing agent includes the following: oxidation graphene is prepared; the oxidation graphene is reduced based on a sulfonyl hydrazide-based reducing agent to manufacture graphene; the graphene is dispersed in an organic solvent to manufacture a graphene dispersed solution; and a graphene thin film is manufactured based on the graphene dispersed solution. The sulfonyl hydrazide-based reducing agent includes a sulfonyl hydrazide substituted group represented by chemical formula 1.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of composite material is provided not to require separate pre-process for improving dispersity of carbon material, and to use a carbon based precursor with low cost. CONSTITUTION: A composition for manufacturing graphene/polyimide based conductive composite material comprises 100.0 parts by weight of poly amic acid, and 1-40 parts by weight of graphene oxide. The composition comprises one or more compound selected from hydrazine hydrate, polystyrene sulfonate, poly(allylamine hydrochloride), and polyethyleneimine. A manufacturing method of the graphene/polyimide based conductive composite comprises a step of preparing the composition containing the polyamic acid and graphene oxide, and a step of thermal imidization by heat-treating the composition.
