    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of a ceramic dielectric for high frequency which has over epsilon30 of electric permittivity, less dielectric loss, and low sintering temperature, bringing down the cost of production, and whose TCF is adjustable within the effective range. CONSTITUTION: A composition of the formula (1) is manufactured by the following steps. CaCO3, Li2CO3, Nb2O5, and TiO2, as starting materials, are dried for 10 hours at 600 deg.C. The materials are mixed according to various composition rates, and, then, are calcined at 850 deg.C for about 2 hours in the atmosphere. After grinding the materials into powder, 5 % of PVA solution is added to the powder to make a cylindric sample. The sample is heated at 600 deg.C for about 1 hour to eliminate organic binder. And the sample is sintered at between 1000 and 1300 deg.C for 1-5 hours. In the formula (1), X is 0≤x≤0.5.
