Abstract: 본 발명은 말이나 글로 의사소통을 할 수 없는 사람들을 위해 디지털 카드를 사용하여 의사소통할 수 있도록 하는 의사소통 지원을 위한 상황인식 기반의 디지털 카드 시스템에 관한 것으로, 단말기 위치 정보를 송출하는 한편, 보완 대체 의사소통 프로그램 및 의사 표현에 해당하는 디지털 카드들을 내장하고 있으며, 내장된 보완 대체 의사소통 프로그램 실행시, 내장되어 있는 디지털 카드들을 카드 우선순위에 따라 화면 출력시키는 의사소통 단말기와; 상기 의사소통 단말기로부터 송출되는 단말기 위치 정보를 이용하여 의사소통 단말기의 서비스 제공 장소 진입 여부를 확인하고, 그 확인 결과 의사소통 단말기가 서비스 제공 장소로 진입한 경우에, 서비스 제공 장소에서 발생하는 문답 상황에 관련된 디지털 카드들의 사용 빈도에 따라 카드 우선순위 정보를 생성하여, 생성된 카드 우선순위 정보를 상기 의사소통 단말기로 전송하는 관리 서버와; 상기 의사소통 단말기와 상기 관리 서버 간의 통신을 지원하는 무선통신 망을 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 사용자가 다양한 문답 상황에 따라 신속하고 간편하게 의사소통을 위한 디지털 카드를 검색할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing airport guide service are provided to determine what step of airport use process that a user is in currently, based on purpose of airport use and current postioning information of the user, and then in real time provide information that the user should know at the step.
