Abstract:
PURPOSE: A pyrrole-based polymer and an electroluminescence device using the polymer are provided, to obtain a novel pyrrole-based polymer showing excellent solubility in an organic solvent, light-emitting property and transporting property. CONSTITUTION: The pyrrole-based polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are identical or different each other and are H, an aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl, acyl or alkoxy group of C1-C24, an aryl or aryloxy group of C6-C30, a halogen-containing substituent, a silicon-containing substituent, an organic acid or an ester of organic acids; Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are identical or different one another and are an aromatic group of C6-C30, or a halogen, metal or hetero atom-containing aromatic group; Ar' is an aromatic group or a hetero atom-containing cyclic group; m is an integer of 0 or more; and n is an integer of 1 or more.

PURPOSE: Fluorene-like compounds having polyphenylene, polymers thereof and an EL element containing the same are provided. The fluorene-like compounds are used as a principal ingredient of organic and polymeric electroluminescence elements and/or other optical elements. CONSTITUTION: Fluorene-like compounds having polyphenylene are prepared by Diels-Alder reaction of a compound having one or more of cyclopentadienones and a compound having one or more of acetylenes. The fluorene-like compounds are represented by the formula(1), wherein R1, R2, R1' and R2' are the same or different, and are independently a substituent selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1 to C22 aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl and alkoxy, C6 to C18 aryl or aryloxy, silicone, alkyl and aryl derivatives of tin or germanium, and halogen atom; Ar and Ar2 are the same or different, and are independently hydrogen, trimethylsillyl, bromine, alkyl, or C6 to C18 aromatics such as phenyl, naphthyl and derivatives thereof; Ar' is a substituent selected from the group consisting of aromatics and hetero compounds such as phenylene, naphthalene, anthracene, fluorene, thiophene, pyrrole, pyridine, aryloxadiazol, triazole, carbazole, arylamine, arylsilane and derivatives thereof; m is 0 or 1; and n is 1.

PURPOSE: Provided are a fluorene based compound having various functional groups, which can be applied as electroluminescence material, and other optoelectronic material, a polymer thereof, and an electroluminescence device using the same as illuminant. CONSTITUTION: The fluorene based compound is represented by formula 1. In the formula 1, R represents hydrogen, an aliphatic or alicyclic alkyl or alkoxy group having C1-C22, aryl or aryloxy group having C6-C18, or alkyl or aryl derivatives such as silicon, tin, or germanium, R' represents a functional group positioned in meta or para position of phenyl group, which is optionally selected from the group consisting of ether, ester, amine, amide, aldehyde, ketone, sulfone, sulfide, nitro, nitrile, acetylene, halogen, carboxylic acid, boric acid, vinyl, hydrazide, isocyanate, urethane, carbonate, chloromethyl, hydroxy, anhydride, cyanate, azomethine, quinoline, oxadiazole, and azo groups, and n is 0 or 1.
