Abstract: A breast cancer diagnostic kit comprising an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker is provided to show high specificity and accuracy of diagnosis and diagnose the breast cancer very conveniently using blood of a patient, thereby being usefully used for an early diagnosis of the breast cancer. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer comprises an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. The kit further comprises a secondary antibody conjugate where a marker colored by a reaction with a substrate is conjugated, a coloring substrate solution which is subject to the color reaction with the marker, a washing solution and an enzyme reaction stopping solution. Further, the antibody is multi-clone antibody or single-clone antibody.

Abstract: 본 발명은 유방암을 진단할 수 있는 단백질 마커 플라빈 환원효소(flavin reductase) 및 이의 항체를 포함하는 유방암 진단키트에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 정상인에 비하여 유방암 환자의 혈액 내에서 그 양이 특이적으로 증가하여 유방암을 진단할 수 있는 단백질 마커로 선별된 플라빈 환원효소, 이를 선택적으로 인식하는 항체를 포함하는 유방암 진단키트, 및 항원-항체 결합반응을 이용하여 혈액 내에서 플라빈 환원효소를 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유방암 진단용 단백질 마커인 플라빈 환원효소 및 이의 항체를 포함하는 유방암 진단키트는 진단의 민감도 및 정확도가 높을 뿐만 아니라 환자의 혈액을 이용하여 매우 간편하게 유방암을 진단할 수 있어 유방암의 조기 진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
