PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing breast cancer containing an autoantibody marker for diagnosing breast cancer is provided to ensure high sensitivity and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing breast cancer contains GC(group-specific component) protein. The GC protein detects autoantibody to a GC protein. The kit contains a first antigen protein having GC proteins; and a second antigen protein having VCL(vinculin) protein or WDR1(WD repeat domain 1) protein. A kit additionally contains a secondary antibody conjugate or chromogenic substrate solution washing solution or enzyme reaction stopping solution.

PURPOSE: A peptide quantitation using isotopologues of N-methylpiperazine acetic acid and a mass spectrometer is provided to purify and quantitate peptides with high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A peptide quantitation using N-methyl piperazine acetic acid substitution comprises: a step of treating a test sample with protease to cleave with peptide; a step of preparing isotopologue compounds in which entire or partial C, N, O, or H is substituted with ^13C, ^15N, ^18O or ^2H; a step of treating the cleaved peptide samples with isotopologue compounds for labeling; a step of mixing the labeled peptide samples; a step of scanning the samples using a mass spectrometer; and a step of analyzing MS/MS spectrum. The protease is trypsin.

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing breast cancer using autoantibody is provided to prevent burden to a patient using blood as a test sample and to improve accuracy and density. CONSTITUTION: A vinculin autoantibody for diagnosing breast cancer specifically binds to vinculin protein of sequence number 2 or fragment thereof. A method or measuring vinculin autoantibody for diagnosing breast cancer comprises: a step of measuring vinculin autoantibody in a sample from an individual; a step of selecting individual with breast cancer in case of having lower autoantibody concentration than a healthy person. The sample is serum, plasma, or blood.

A breast cancer diagnostic kit comprising an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker is provided to show high specificity and accuracy of diagnosis and diagnose the breast cancer very conveniently using blood of a patient, thereby being usefully used for an early diagnosis of the breast cancer. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer comprises an antibody specific to a flavin reductase protein marker having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1. The kit further comprises a secondary antibody conjugate where a marker colored by a reaction with a substrate is conjugated, a coloring substrate solution which is subject to the color reaction with the marker, a washing solution and an enzyme reaction stopping solution. A kit for diagnosing breast cancer comprising a marker endorepellin LG3 fragment for diagnosing the breast cancer and an antibody thereof is provided to show high sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis and be used for an initial diagnosis of the breast cancer by conveniently diagnosing the breast cancer using blood of a patient. A protein marker endorepellin LG3 fragment for diagnosing breast cancer comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 2. A kit for diagnosing the breast cancer comprises an antibody specific to the protein marker endorepellin LG3 fragment. A method for detecting the protein marker endorepellin LG3 fragment comprises the steps of: (a) coating a fixed body with a test body and a protein of a control group; (b) adding the antibody specific to the protein marker endorepellin LG3 fragment to the fixed body to perform an antigen-antibody reaction; (c) detecting the antigen-antibody reaction product obtained from the step(b) using a secondary antibody conjugate and a chromogenic substrate solution; and (d) comparing results regarding the test body and the control group. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing colon cancer contains fibulin-4 as an active ingredient, with an amino acid of sequence number 1. The protein expression is relatively increased in blood, plasma, or serum of an individual with colon cancer. A kit for diagnosing colon cancer contains an antibody which specifically binds to the protein or a fragment of the protein. The antibody is a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody.
