    Abstract: Title compds. of formula, HOP(O)(OH)CH2NHCH2R [(I), R= alkylphenyl, substd. phenyl, CN, CO2R, OR, SR, CO2H, halogen were prepd. and are useful as a plant=growth regulator and a herbcide. Thus, poly(dimethylsiloxyphosphate) was reacted with 1,3,5-tricyanomethyl- hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine in BF3-ether for 2hr at 45±5↿C to give 74% (I)(R=CN).
