Abstract: The measuring method of apolipo-protein concentration in blood comprises the steps of separating lipid-protein complex fractions with a density of below 1.225g/ml obtained by single centrifugation of blood, or lipid-free fractions by treating the lipid protein complex fractions with organic solvent; coating the fractions on a microtiter plate or an appropriate solid surface; adding samples and anti-apolipo protein antibodies into the microtiter plate and reacting; and then measuring the apolipo-protein concentration by general ELISA method.
Abstract translation: 血液中载脂蛋白浓度的测定方法包括以下步骤：通过单次离心血液或无脂质组分，通过用有机物处理脂质蛋白复合物级分，分离密度低于1.225g / ml的脂质 - 蛋白复合物级分 溶剂; 在微量滴定板或适当的固体表面上涂布级分; 将样品和抗Apolipo蛋白质抗体加入到微量滴定板中并进行反应; 然后用普通ELISA法测定载脂蛋白浓度。
