본 발명은 자가면역질환의 진단을 위한 정보를 제공하기 위하여, 말초 혈액 세포를 자극하고 단백질 분비를 억제시켜, 형광체, MMP 특이적 펩타이드 기질, 소광체 및 고분자를 포함하는 MMP 특이적 나노프로브로 상기 말초 혈액 세포를 표지한 후 유세포 분석기를 사용하여 활성화된 MMP의 양을 정량화하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for quantifying an amount of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activated by using a flow cytometry after labeling a peripheral blood cell with an MMP specific nanoprobe including a phosphor, MMP specific peptide substrate, a quencher, and a polymer by stimulating the peripheral blood cell and restraining protein secretion, in order to provide information for diagnosing autoimmune diseases.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for blood treatment, and a kit set for autoimmune disease diagnosis comprising the same are provided to improve accuracy of therapy reaction predictive assessment, and disease activity, and to diagnose autoimmune disease early by amplifying substrate enzyme technology through patient blood cell stimulation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for blood treatment comprises more than a blood stimulator which is selected from a group comprising Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). A kit set for autoimmune disease diagnosis comprises: the composition above; and a kit coated with a complex comprising fluorescent substance-peptide-quencher. The peptide is specifically disassembled by Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP).
