Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound with an activity of suppressing phosphodiesterasse is provided to be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating central nervous system diseases. CONSTITUTION: A compound with an activity of suppressing phosphodiesterase is denoted by chemical formula 1. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating central nervous system diseases contains a compound of chemical formula 2, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, hydrate, or solvent thereof as an active ingredient. The central nervous system diseases are mild cognitive impairment, Lewy body dementia, vascular dementais, stroke, AIDS dementia complex, schizophrenia, manic-depressive insanity, or Huntington's disease.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有抑制磷酸二酯的活性的化合物作为预防或治疗中枢神经系统疾病的药物组合物。 构成：具有抑制磷酸二酯酶活性的化合物由化学式1表示。用于预防或治疗中枢神经系统疾病的药物组合物含有化学式2的化合物，其药学上可接受的盐，水合物或其溶剂作为活性成分。 中枢神经系统疾病是轻度认知障碍，路易体痴呆，血管性痴呆，中风，艾滋病痴呆综合征，精神分裂症，躁狂抑郁性精神病或亨廷顿舞蹈病。
