Abstract:
A tube-furnace for improving ferroelectricity of a ferroelectric thin film by applying electric field with heat treatment and a method for improving ferroelectricity of the ferroelectric thin film using the same are provided to prevent increase of a surface roughness of the ferroelectric thin film. A pair of electrodes(12) are installed in a tube-furnace(1) so as to apply electric filed during a thermal treatment. A rotatable sample holder(13) fixes a thin sample located between the electrodes. A gas inlet(14) and a gas outlet(15) are prepared on the tube-furnace. The tube-furnace has a T-shape. The sample holder has a lode-lock shape and rotates for 360 degrees. A cross section of the electrode is greater than a total size of the thin sample fixed by the sample holder and electric field is applied to the whole surface of the thin sample.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dense calcium-cobalt oxide thermoelectric semiconductor is provided to obtain a compact sintered body by recombining separated calcium-cobalt oxide into a single phase. CONSTITUTION: Calcium carbonate powder and cobalt oxide powder are mixed and dried(S01). The mixed powder is primarily calcined(S02). The mixed powder is pulverized and dried(S03). The primarily calcined powder is pressed and secondarily calcined(S04). The secondarily calcined powder is pulverized and dried(S05). The secondarily calcined powder is pressed(S06). The pressed powder is sintered and cooled at room temperature(S07). The cooled sintered body is thermally treated and is recombined in a single phase(S08).

본 발명은 칼슘-코발트 산화물 열전반도체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 1) 탄산칼슘 분말과 산화코발트 분말을 혼합하여 건조시키는 단계; 2) 상기 혼합분말을 1차 하소한 후 분쇄 및 건조시키는 단계; 3) 상기 1차 하소된 분말을 가압성형 후 2차 하소하는 단계; 4) 상기 2차 하소된 분말을 분쇄 및 건조시킨 후 가압성형하는 단계; 5) 상기 가압성형된 분말을 소결한 후 상온으로 냉각시키는 단계; 및 6) 상기 냉각된 소결체를 열처리하여 소결 단계에서 다수 개로 분리된 상을 단일상으로 재조합하는 단계를 포함하여, 간단하고 경제적인 방법으로 고밀도의 우수한 물성을 갖는 단일상의 칼슘-코발트 산화물 열전반도체를 제조할 수 있다. 칼슘-코발트 산화물, 열전반도체, 상 재조합
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A ferroelectric thin film, a laminated structure thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably improve performance by including the laminated structure of a ferroelectric thin film and oxide ferroelectric thin film. CONSTITUTION: A laminated structure includes a substrate(10), an oxide ferroelectric thin film(11a, 11b, 11n) formed in the top of the substrate, and a ferroelectric thin film formed on the ferroelectric thin film in which oxide is added. A lattice constant difference degree between the ferroelectric thin film in which oxide is added and the ferroelectric thin film is 0%~0.1%. The substrate is an oxide substrate.
