Abstract: 본발명은세라믹스-알루미늄복합체및 그제조방법에관한것으로서, 본발명은세라믹분말을알루미나졸로표면처리하여알루미늄의웨팅(wetting)을향상시킴으로써알루미늄을완전하게함침시킨세라믹스-알루미늄복합체를제공한다. 또한본 발명은증류수에분산된세라믹분말에알루미나졸을첨가하여세라믹분말표면을알루미나전구체로코팅시키고, 상기코팅에의해표면처리되어알루미늄의웨팅이향상된세라믹분말의성형체를제조한후, 상기성형체를 1200℃이상의고온으로진공또는아르곤분위기에서미리열처리하거나, 이러한전처리없이성형한그대로진공또는대기압의아르곤분위기에서알루미늄합금을함침시키는것을특징으로하는세라믹스-알루미늄복합체제조방법을제공한다. 본발명에의하면균일한내부구조를갖고불필요한상들을억제시킨우수한물성의세라믹스-알루미늄복합체를얻을수 있으며, 공정상간단하고용이하며경제적인세라믹스-알루미늄복합체제조가가능하게된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramics-aluminium complex and its preparation method are provided, to homogenize the internal structure and to inhibit the formation of unnecessary phases, thereby to improve the physical properties of the complex. CONSTITUTION: The ceramics-aluminium complex is prepared by adding 0.1-3 wt% of alumina sol into the ceramic powder dispersed in distilled water to coat the surface of ceramic powder, thereby to improve the wetting; drying the ceramic powder to form molded products; optionally heat treating the molded products at the temperature of 1200 deg.C or more under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere; and infiltrating 35-50 vol% of aluminium into the molded products at 1,000-1,250 deg.C under vacuum or inert gas of atmospheric pressure. The ceramic powder is selected from B4C, TiB2, TiC, B4C-TiB2, or B4C-Al2O3.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供陶瓷铝复合物及其制备方法，使内部结构均匀化，抑制不必要相的形成，提高络合物的物理性能。 构成：通过在分散在蒸馏水中的陶瓷粉末中加入0.1-3重量％的氧化铝溶胶以涂覆陶瓷粉末的表面，从而改善润湿性，制备陶瓷 - 铝络合物。 干燥陶瓷粉末以形成模塑产品; 任选地在真空或惰性气体气氛下在1200℃或更高的温度下热处理模制产品; 并在大气压力的真空或惰性气体下，在1000-1,250℃下将35-50体积％的铝浸入成型制品中。 陶瓷粉末选自B4C，TiB2，TiC，B4C-TiB2或B4C-Al2O3。
