Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible information display device and a safety-lamp device for a bicycle using the same are provided to display various kinds of information by preparing a display pattern. CONSTITUTION: A flexible information display device comprises: a flexible reflection film(110) having a reflection plate to reflect a light; a first guide film which guides the light incident from an edge portion; a first LED(Light Emitting Diode) module(140) which is installed at an edge portion of the first guide film to irradiate light toward the edge portion; and a first display pattern(123) which emits the light progressing along the first guide film.
