Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing high aspect ratio micro structure is provided to concentrate light intensity to the center of pattern groove formed at a photomask. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing high aspect ratio micro structure comprises: a step of attaching the photomask having a pattern groove(11a) on the surface of transparent substrate(10); a step of attaching negative photoresist on the surface of the photomask; a step of irradiating light at an opposite side of photomask-attached site to solidifying partial negative photoresist; and a step of removing a site where the negative photomask is not exprosed.

Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 고종횡비 미세 구조물의 제조방법은, 투명 기판의 표면에 패턴 홈을 갖는 포토 마스크를 부착하는 포토 마스크 부착단계와, 포토 마스크의 표면에 네가티브 포토레지스트를 부착하는 포토레지스트 부착단계와, 투명 기판의 포토 마스크가 부착된 부분의 반대쪽에서 빛을 조사하여 패턴 홈을 통해 네가티브 포토레지스트로 조사되는 빛으로 네가티브 포토레지스트의 일부를 경화시키는 노광 단계와, 네가티브 포토레지스트의 노광되지 않은 부분을 제거하여 네가티브 포토레지스트가 경화되어 이루어진 미세 구조물을 드러내는 현상 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 포토리소그라피 공정을 이용하여 미세 구조물을 저렴하고 간편하게 제조할 수 있다.

Abstract: A Braille output module manufactured through the MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) process and a Braille output device having the same are provided to miniaturize the Braille output module to enhance the portability. A housing(11) has a plurality of openings. An elastic film(15) made of the PDMS(polydimethylsiloane) material covers the openings of the housing. A chamber(17) made of the PDMS material is arranged at lower ends of each opening and has the thermal expansion working fluid. To protrude the elastic film to each opening, a plurality of micro heaters(13) individually performs the thermal expansion of the working fluid.

Abstract: An A/D converter is provided to determine a digital output value according to the current flowing between probes and electrodes. An A/D converter includes a plurality of probes(101-115), a plurality of electrodes(151-165) and a digital signal generator(180). The input voltage is applied to the plurality of probes. The plurality of probes are arranged in one side of a conductive plate(130). The plurality of probes have the different length. The plurality of electrodes are arranged in one side of the medium(170) in a row. Abstract: An A/D converter is provided to obtain high resolution and speed by using a TMR(Tunneling Magneto Resistive) element of an MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) structure. An A/D converter includes a plurality of electrodes(521-527), a plurality of TMR devices(511-517) and a digital signal generator(590). The current flows in the plurality of electrodes according to an analog input signal. The plurality of TMR devices are respectively arranged on one side of the plurality of electrodes. The resistance of each TMR device is changed by a magnetic field generated by the current.
