PURPOSE: A smart lock method, apparatus, system, and recording medium are provided to execute a lock and release function using a mobile apparatus and a QR(Quick Response) code. CONSTITUTION: The mobile apparatus of a transmitter creates an OTP(one time password)(S111). The mobile apparatus of the transmitter locks a locker using the created OTP(S112). The mobile apparatus of the transmitter transmits the created OTP to the mobile apparatus of a receiver(S113). When a reception confirmation message is not transmitted to the mobile apparatus of the transmitter in fixed time, the mobile apparatus of the transmitter retransmits the OTP to the mobile apparatus of the receiver. The mobile apparatus of the receiver releases the locker using the OTP(S118). PURPOSE: A joint device is provided to reduce a dead volume of an end plate and to pressurize and join the end plate through predetermined virtual pressure regardless of the length of a stack. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell stack(100) includes: an electricity generating assembly(10) in which a plurality of unit cells(11) are consecutively arranged; end plates(30,40) which are closely arranged at both sides of the electricity generating assembly; and a joint device(200) which joins the end plates by a steel rope(111), pressurizes the electricity generating assembly by the tension of the steel rope, and enables the control of the length and tension of the steel rope.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for searching a similarity using a multidimensional data segmentation based on a hyper quadrangle and a method thereof are provided to divide a data set capable of being expressed as a multidimensional data sequence such as a video stream by a video segment by considering temporal information between frames and to search a multidimensional data sequence similar to a given query sequence in a database effectively. CONSTITUTION: A candidate sequence set by a "Dmbr"(distance between two MBR(Minimum Bounding Rectangle), A=(LA, HA) and B=(LB,HB) in 'n' dimension EUCLID space), a candidate sequence set by a "Dnorm"(normalization) distance between two MBRs(mbrq and mbr2), a set of a solution section in a sequence are initialized as an empty set, respectively(S1001). A query sequence is received and segmentation is executed by MBRs(S1002). A "Dmbr" with MBRs in a database is calculated with respect to each MBR of the query sequence. If the "Dmbr" is less than a limit value, a sequence including a corresponding MBR is included in a candidate sequence set(S1003). A "Dnorm" with MBRs of a sequence in the candidate sequence set with respect to each MBR of the query sequence is calculated. If the "Dnorm" is greater than a limit value, a sequence including a corresponding MBR is removed in a candidate sequence set. If the "Dnorm" is less than a limit value, dots in the MBR related to the "Dnorm" calculation are included in a solution section set with respect to a corresponding sequence(S1004). The candidate sequence set and solution section sets with respect to each candidate sequence are returned and the process is terminated(S1005).

PURPOSE: A smart rental system, a method thereof, and a recording medium for the same are provided to rent and return a desired article anytime and anywhere by performing rental, return, and reservation through a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A QR(Quick Response) code is scanned with a smart phone(S111). The smart phone is connected to a rental managing server by recognizing the QR code. The smart phone transmits user information, rental article information included in the QR code, and a rental request to the rental managing server(S112). The rental managing server approves a user by using location information of the smart phone and the user information(S116). An OTP(one-time password) issued by the rental managing server is used to remove a locking system, and a rental is started(S117-S120). PURPOSE: A hybrid estimation method for selecting the heterogeneous image databases on the web and a search system using the same are provided to offer an efficiently algorithm for precisely selecting the database and deciding the ranking through a hybrid estimator using histogram information and a small number of sample objects. CONSTITUTION: A meta-search agent(205) decides the ranking of local image databases(201) and transmits a user query by selecting the databases in the predetermined ranking. A collecting fusion agent(206) collects a query result from the selected databases and displays the query result to a client viewer(204).

PURPOSE: A multidimensional data segmentation device based on a hyper quadrangle, a clustering device, and a method thereof are provided to divide a data set capable of being expressed as a multidimensional data sequence such as a video stream according to a video segment by considering temporal information between frames and to congregate similar segments in one video clip as a video cluster for searching a multidimensional data sequence similar to a given query sequence in a database effectively. CONSTITUTION: A multidimensional sequence and the minimum dot number per segment are received(S601). Limit values with respect to the multidimensional sequence are calculated(S602). A segment set and a border dot set are initialized as an empty set and the current segment is created by the first dot of the multidimensional sequence(S603). In the case that the next dot of the multidimensional sequence is included in the current segment, it is judged whether a geometric condition and a meaning condition are satisfied together(S604). If a geometric condition and a meaning condition are satisfied together, the next dot of the multidimensional sequence is merged with the current segment. It is judged whether the next dot of the multidimensional sequence exists(S606). If the next dot of the multidimensional sequence does not exist, the segment set and the border dot set are returned and the process is terminated(S607).
