Abstract: PURPOSE: A transmit-receive method and apparatus using spreading modulation in a band spreading communication system is provided to improve the deterioration of a PAR(Peak-to-Average Ratio) characteristic, due to transition to the origin, by making the transition-to-origin probability of a descrambling signal(xT(n) + jyT(n)) into '0' in all visual angles but a visual angle n=0 (mod min{SFPiCH, SFDCCH, SFSCH2, SFSCH1, SFFCH}). CONSTITUTION: Taking the transfer data of SCH#1 and SCH#2 as the first input and OVSF(Orthogonal Variable Spreading Factor) codes(HSCH1(n),HSCH2(n)) as the second input, the first complex multiplier(142) executes a primary orthogonal complex spreading. The output of the first complex multiplier(142) and the PiCH, DCCH and FCH spread by HPiCH(n), HDCCH(n) and HFCH(n) are inputted to adders(130,132). A spreading modulator(141) generates and outputs IT(n) and QT(n), taking the outputs(xT(n),yT(n)) of the adders(130,132) as the first input and primary scrambling codes(C1(n),C1(n)) as the second input. The spreading modulator(141) is composed of a scrambling code generator(520) and the first complex multiplier(142). The scrambling code generator(520), receiving the primary scrambling codes(C1(n),C1(n)), generates secondary scrambling codes(Cscramble,I(n),Cscramble,Q(n)).

Abstract: 본발명은부호분할다중접속방식의대역확산통신시스템에서의확산변조방식및 장치에관한것이다. 본발명은송신기와수신기로구성된부호분할다중접속방식(CDMA)의대역확산통신시스템에관한것이며, 송신기는서로다른정보를가진복수의채널을구비하여각 채널은서로직교성이보장되는직교부호를사용하여대역확산하여광대역신호를생성한후 합쳐지고, 상기신호를의사잡음시퀀스를이용하여스크램블링한다음반송파를변조하여송신하고, 수신기는동일한반송파를이용하여복조한복수의송신기로부터의혼합된신호에서원하는송신기의신호를동기화된동일한의사잡음시컨스를이용하여역스크램블링한다음해당하는채널의신호를동기화된동일한직교부호를이용하여역확산하는신호처리과정을거쳐송신측에서보내고자한 정보를복원한다. 본발명에서는상기의확산변조방식에의한대역확산통신시스템을구현하기위하여직교부호발생기및 확산기, 스크램블링부호발생기및 스크램블링부등으로구성됨을특징으로한다.
