Abstract: A process for producing human prethrombin-2 expression vector by genetic engineering techniques comprises (a) preparign the DNA having nucleotide sequence coding human prethrombin-2, (b) obtaining the above DNA and the recombinant DNA by binding to plasmid, (c) inserting the above DNA into expression vector, and (d) transformating the recombinant expression vector into host cell (E. Coli) and culturing the host cell.

Abstract translation: 通过基因工程技术生产人凝血酶原-2表达载体的方法包括（a）制备具有编码人类凝血酶原-2的核苷酸序列的DNA，（b）通过与质粒结合获得上述DNA和重组DNA，（c）插入 将上述DNA转化成表达载体，和（d）将重组表达载体转化到宿主细胞（大肠杆菌）中并培养宿主细胞。
